Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • 1/2 pear
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 5 raw cashews

Directions

  1. Place ingredients in blender
  2. Put ice in blender
  3. Pour in water and lemon juice
  4. Blend for 30 seconds
  5. Serve and enjoy
