Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup almond milk

Directions

  1. Place ingredients in blender
  2. Put ice in blender
  3. Pour in almond milk
  4. Blend for 30 seconds
  5. Serve and enjoy
