Cranberry Cleanser Protein Smoothie

Here’s a special detox smoothie you can add to your smoothie recipe list. This smoothie will help get rid of unhealthy toxins in your body with a high amount of antioxidants. It also has vitamin C for an immune system boost and protein to support muscle growth. Cleanse your body, promote weight loss, increase energy, boost your immune system, and build muscle with this morning or lunchtime smoothie.

Ingredients:

1 cups fresh kale

1 cup water

½ cup cranberries

1 scoop unflavored or strawberry protein powder

1 orange peeled

1 bananas

Directions:

  1. Add kale, cranberries, banana, and orange
  2. Add 1 scoop unflavored or strawberry protein powder
  3. Add 1 cup water and 1 cup ice
  4. Blend 30 secs and pour in glass
  5. Drink and enjoy
