When hunger strikes or time is limited, prep this smoothie in advance. It’s very simple to make, loaded with nutrients, and will make your taste buds happy.
Blueberry Flax Smoothie
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 banana, chopped
1 tbsp ﬂax seeds
2 cups almond milk or other liquid (water, coconut water, orange juice)
Add all ingredients except liquid into a freezer safe ziplock bag and freeze until ready to use. To prepare smoothie add all ingredients into a blender with liquid of choice and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
