Very refreshing smoothie loaded with over 150 mg of vitamin C per serving. These 3 simple ingredients can easily be prepared and frozen in advance. With the upcoming seasonal temperatures changing, give your immune system the boost it deserves.


  • 1 cup frozen pineapples
  • 1 cup frozen mangos
  • 12 oz 100% orange juice


  1. Place frozen pineapples and mangos in blender
  2. Pour in orange juice
  3. Blend for 30-40 secs
  4. Serve and enjoy
