If you are busy as much as we are, then simple homemade smoothies are the way to go sometimes. This tasty refreshing nutrient rich recipe is so easy to prep and freeze for later use. This recipe is also easy to remember because all of the ingredients are 1/2 cup each.

Here is the Finest Berry Green Smoothie Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1 Whole Banana or 1/2 Cup frozen Bananas 🍌
  • 1/2 cup Baby Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Kale
  • 1/2 cup Ice
  • 1/2 cup 100% Pineapple Juice 🍍
  • 1/2 cup 100% Orange Juice 🍊
  • 1/2 cup 100% Cranberry Juice
  • 1/2 cup 100% Blueberry Juice

Directions:

  1. Add fruit into blender
  2. Then vegetables
  3. Add Ice
  4. Pour in 🍍 and 🍊 juice
  5. Drink and enjoy

Tips:

  1. Place raspberries and blueberries in a zip lock bag. Slice 1 banana into several pieces and add to zip lock bag.
  2. First, measure, then Place Kale and Spinach into a separate ziplock bag then refrigerate.
