Very Vanilla Berry Protein Smoothie

This amazing smoothie contain antioxidants, fiber, healthy fats and protein.


1 cup of frozen raspberries
1 cup of frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds
1½ cups of vanilla almond milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 scoop of vanilla or strawberry flavored protein powder


In a blender, combine the ingredients listed above. Blend until smooth. Serve cold and enjoy.

This smoothie recipe is very simple to make and provides two servings. Each serving has approx 170 calories, 10 grams of protein, 5 grams of fat, and 10 grams of sugar.
