Very Vanilla Berry Protein Smoothie
This amazing smoothie contain antioxidants, fiber, healthy fats and protein.
1 cup of frozen raspberries
1 cup of frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds
1½ cups of vanilla almond milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 scoop of vanilla or strawberry flavored protein powder
In a blender, combine the ingredients listed above. Blend until smooth. Serve cold and enjoy.
